We are now looking for a SEO & AI Executive to help us stay ahead of how people search, both through traditional search engines and emerging artificial intelligence platforms. What you will be doing

You will play an important role in ensuring our services are visible to people when they need them most.

Your focus will be on creating high quality, search optimised content shaped by data, insight, and patient needs.

You will:

  • Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis using tools such as Moz and SEMrush
  • Plan and deliver a consistent programme of content including articles, guides, service pages, and frequently asked questions
  • Structure content to perform well across artificial intelligence platforms such as Google artificial intelligence overviews, Copilot, and Claude
  • Work closely with physiotherapists and internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and clinically appropriate
  • Review and improve website content and overall search performance
  • Support opportunities to increase brand visibility across channels such as social media and online publications
  • Report on performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support wider marketing activity when required, including email campaigns and company communications

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines strong knowledge of search engine optimisation with an interest in how AI is changing the way people find information.

You will have:

  • Proven experience delivering search engine optimisation results, such as improved rankings, increased traffic, or content growth
  • A strong understanding of search intent and how to create content that performs well
  • Experience using tools such as Moz or SEMrush
  • Knowledge of content structures such as pillar pages and topic clusters Strong writing skills with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging

Desirable:

  • Experience working within healthcare, wellbeing, or regulated environments
  • Understanding of patient focused communication
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
