Appointed as our CEO in January 2018, Stephanie previously served as an Executive Director responsible for leading on our non-clinical operations and a variety of improvement projects. 

She is experienced in business management and has a strong track-record of driving positive growth, having previously worked in Management Consultancy, helping a variety of companies around the globe to achieve success. 

Stephanie has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Imperial College London.

Jacqui leads Ascenti Physio with a commitment to growth and excellence, supporting our people to deliver the highest standards of care for patients while developing their own careers.

She is passionate about strengthening collaboration across teams and driving innovation in clinical pathways, governance, and quality improvement. Her priorities include supporting continued growth, developing new opportunities for colleagues, and leading the next phase of Ascenti’s strategy for success.

Jacqui holds a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Radiotherapy, as well as MBA modules in Service Excellence. With more than a decade of NHS experience followed by senior leadership roles in the private sector, her career has spanned radiotherapy, diagnostics, private GP services, outpatient services, and physiotherapy. She has also overseen the opening of new healthcare sites across the UK and Europe and previously served as a specialist advisor to NICE.

Kevin takes particular responsibility for managing client relationships and new growth opportunities, having previously led our clinical network and national expansion. 

He qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006 and began his career at Birmingham City Football Club, before becoming a founding member of a successful private physiotherapy business, later acquired by Ascenti in 2010.

Kevin’s experience in elite sports has been instrumental to embedding our results-focused clinical philosophy.

Joel leads on all aspects of Governance and Quality, including safety, compliance, assurance services and risk management. 

He has a broad clinical background and a wealth of knowledge gained through working within the personal injury and health sectors, leading clinical governance functions. 

Joel is a qualified Physiotherapist, specialising in work rehabilitation, and holds an MSc in Health Ergonomics and post graduate training in related specialist areas.

Adam takes responsibility for our Government Services, Mental Health, Digital and Facilities Teams, leading on the delivery of high-quality, effective and innovative clinical services. 

He has played an instrumental role in our expansion and the development of our leading digital health technology, bringing a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and astute project management to our national operations. 

Adam originally joined the business as a physiotherapist and holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham.

Sophie leads our People and Communications Teams, overseeing all aspects of our HR and workforce management, alongside the advancement of our people, culture and reputation. 

She brings a wealth of experience in communications, marketing and employee engagement, with a strong track-record of leading forward focused brand and culture strategies. 

The majority of her career has been spent leading in-house communications functions within housing and healthcare sectors, alongside experience working in retail, agency side and as a consultant. 

Sophie holds a BA (Hons) in Media Marketing and Promotion and a PR Diploma, as well as membership, awards and training certification with the CIPR and CIM.
