How to find us by car

Our clinic is situated in Trent House on the A50 Victoria Road, a main arterial route approximately one mile south of Hanley Town Centre, the main Central Business District for Stoke -on -Trent. The A50 links to the A500 which provides access to the Motorway network via junctions 15 & 16 of the M6.  

Parking

Before 5pm: - If your appointment is before 5pm, you can access the car par by pressing the buzzer on the barrier.  Please then go to the main entrance and sign in at reception.

After 5pm: - If your appointment is after 5pm, please park in the spaced before the barrier.

Other transport options

Buses stop on Victoria Road, a couple of minutes’ walk, and Stoke train station is a twenty minute walk away.

Disabled access

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room on the ground floor.  Disabled parking is available at the front and rear of the building.  If your appointment is before 9am or from 5pm onwards, please press the buzzer for reception at the main gate to access the barrier.  

What to do on arrival

Please report to reception on arrival and let them know that you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti.  If your appointment is before 9am or from 5pm onwards the reception will be closed, instead please wait at the side door that is to the right hand of the main entrance doors, and our therapist will let you in for your appointment.
