How to find us by car
Our clinic is situated on the ground floor of the Acero Regus Building on Concourse Way, off the A61 Sheaf Street.
Parking
Unfortunately, there is no visitor parking available onsite - If arriving by car the nearest and easiest to find car park is the Q-Park at Sheffield train station, however there is additional parking at NCP/Britannia on Pond Street and also under the O2 Arena at Arundel gate which is also nearby, so please do check which may be best for you.
Other transport options
Buses stop at Arundel Gate bus station a two-minute walk away. Sheffield train station is also a two-minute walk. Standing with the doors to the train station behind you, look to your right. Walk towards the glass-fronted buildings ahead of you. Cross over to the other side of the road and continue in the direction of the glass buildings ahead of you. Cross over Harmer Lane and continue up the stairs or ramp towards the 3rd building on the right which is Acero. Please enter through the rotating door. If you are/with someone in a wheelchair/ pushchair/ other accessibility needs, please wait to be allowed in via the accessible door (marked in orange). Please do not attempt to put pushchairs in the rotating door as this will cause the door to break and possible injuries to occur.
Disabled access
There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room on the ground floor. Please enter through the rotating door. If you are in a wheelchair or other accessibility needs, please wait to be allowed in via the accessible door. There are no disabled parking spaces at Acero Regus, only on adjacent roads to the building.
What to do on arrival
Upon entry, please go past main reception and through the brown door in the picture on the Ground Floor. This will bring you to the Spaces Main Reception. Please come to the Main Reception and see one of the Spaces team to tell them what your appointment is or who you are here to see. They will tell you where you need to sit to be collected for your appointment. If we have stepped away for a few moments and there is no one at Reception, please call 0114 212 9000 (M-F 8.30-5.30 [excluding bank holidays]) and we will return to assist you.
