How to find us
From A2045 heading towards Hallsfield Road, leave the roundabout at the first exit onto Fostington Way. After 0.8 miles, leave the roundabout at the first exit and continue onto Walderslade Road. After 0.8 miles, turn right onto Churchill Avenue and you will find Churchill Clinic located to your left.
Parking
Free off-street parking is available at the clinic.
Other transport options
Buses stop outside the clinic on Churchill Avenue and Chatham train station is a forty minute walk away.
Disabled access
There is no disabled access into the building or our treatment room. There is no disabled parking available.
What to do on arrival
There is a reception area in the main entrance of the clinic. If you explain that you are visiting for your appointment with Ascenti, the receptionist will direct you to the treatment room.
