How to Find Us

The clinic is situated on the first floor of the Innovation Centre, in St Cross business centre, along Monks Brook. Your Satnav may take you left of Dodnor Lane but there is no access along this road. Please Note - this clinic is not on the hospital site or in the Laidlaw Day Hospital. Please do not attend the hospital site.

Parking

There is free parking at the Innovation Centre; however, we cannot guarantee a parking space.

Other transport options

The nearest bus stop is on Parkhurst Road in front of the hospital which is a fifteen minutes’ walk away from the Innovation Centre.

Disabled access

There is no disabled access into the building or our treatment room.

What to do on arrival

Please note the Centre opens at 08:30 and the main door will be locked until this time. The innovation has a main reception but you do not need to check in with them. Follow the signs to the physiotherapy service upstairs.
•    If you take the stairs, come through the door at the top and turn left.
•    If you take the lift, go through the door beside the ground floor reception, the lift is on your right. Travel to the 1st floor and turn right out of the lift. 

The physiotherapy office door will be open, if there is no administrator; please do not knock on the clinic doors inside the room unless you have arrived late. Please take a seat in the Ascenti waiting area. This is beyond the Ascenti office, through the double doors and into the Resource Centre, immediately on your right. Please take a seat in the small waiting area next to the water fountain and not in the main room which is for staff members. Your physiotherapist will collect you from there.
