How to find us by car
Directions from A48 Cardiff CF14 (via A48 and A4119):- Head south-west on A48. Turn left onto Mill Lane/A4119. Turn left onto Cardiff Road/A4119. Turn left onto Penhill Road/A4119. Continue to follow A4119 Penhill Road/Cathedral Road and the clinic will be on your left hand side.
Parking
There is no parking at the clinic but there is plenty of free road side parking around the clinic. Alternatively, the nearest car park is at Sophia Gardens Cardiff (CF11 9XR) which is approximately 0.3 miles from the clinic.
Other transport options
Buses stops on Cathedral Road close to the clinic. Castle Queen Street railway station is 1.4 miles from the clinic and Caerdydd Canolog Train Station is 1.2 miles.
Disabled access
There is no disabled parking at the clinic. There is plenty of free road parking around the clinic or the nearest car park is at Sophia Gardens Cardiff CF11 9XR 0.3 miles from the clinic. There is disabled access into the building and a lift to take you to the treatment room on the first floor.
What to do on arrival
Between 08.30am and 17.30pm, please report to reception on arrival. For any appointments before or after these times, the therapist will let you into the building.
