How to find us

Please note: Although the address is officially Fleet Street, the entrance is actually in the pedestrianized area in Sinclair Walk, linking Fleet Street with New England Street. Here is a helpful map and further directions.

From Brighton Station: Follow the wooden walkway alongside the tracks to the ‘back entrance’ of the station. Pass Rogue Cycle on your right and take the stairs down. For stair free access, there is a lift available to the right of the stairs. At the bottom, cross over, turn left then take the next right into Sinclair Walk. Turn left at the sign ‘The Offices, 10 Fleet Street’ and you will see us at number 1, on the left in the courtyard.

From London Road: Opposite Nationwide, walk up Ann Street next to Costa Coffee and past the large St Bartholomew’s Church, then Sainsbury’s, both on your right. Immediately after Sainsbury’s, walk up the stairs on your right (marked Kingscote Way) and continue straight ahead to the very end. You will see us at number 1 The Offices, on the left in the courtyard. For stair-free access, continue up the slope past Sainsbury’s until you hit Fleet Street. Turn right and then right again into Sinclair Walk.

From the North Laine: From Trafalgar Street, facing down the road with the station behind you, turn left into Blackman Street. Pass the car park on your right. At the end, cross over the road and bear left onto Fleet Street. Stay on the right side of the road. Continue past Fenchurch Walk on your right and take the next right into the pedestrianised Sinclair Walk. Turn left at the sign ‘The Offices, 10 Fleet Street’ and you will see us at number 1, on the left in the courtyard.

Parking

There is no parking at the clinic. The nearest pay and display parking is in Sainsbury’s underground car park (BN1 4GJ) which is a two-minute walk away or at the London Road car park in Providence Place (BN1 4GE) also a two-minute walk away, or at Brighton Station car park.

Other transport options

Buses stop on the A270 very close to the clinic and Brighton railway station is a ten-minute walk away.

What to do on arrival

Please do not arrive early for your appointment as there is no waiting area, so please wait outside the clinic. Please do not knock on the clinic front door - your therapist knows you have an appointment and will come to let you in at your appointment time. 

Brighton & Hove Therapies have a Quiet Clinic Policy and all mobile phones must be switched to silent. Any calls must be taken outside the building. We kindly ask that you do not bring any friends or family into the clinic. If you are unable to attend the clinic unaccompanied, then please call us on 0330 678 0850 and we will find you an appointment at a more suitable clinic.

Disabled access

There is no disabled parking at the clinic. Disabled parking is available in Sainsbury’s underground car park (BN1 4GJ) which is a two-minute walk away (charges do apply for disabled badge holders). For step-free access to get into the building, continue up the slope past Sainsbury’s until you reach Fleet Street, turn right, and then right again into Sinclair Walk. However, please note, there are no disabled toilets at the clinic, the nearest would be in Sainsbury's.
